Bergman & Antonioni
Bergman and Antonioni - 89 and 94 - died these past two days.
I remember my accidental introduction to Bergman (mid 80’s) at a small indie movie theather in Rio de Janeiro when, with some friends, I sat at the wrong projection room expecting to watch a comedy. Room goes dark and the opening title for Wild Strawberries and then the dream sequence. After the end of the movie my friends were very upset, They hated the movie and I was the only who actually liked it.
